I'm Leslie, your new biz bestie.

I'm a 46-year-old, perimenopausal mama and wife with two young kiddos and a lifelong love for comedy, community, and entrepreneurship.

In my most recent era, I've had the honour of connecting with incredible female entrepreneurs and women in business — hearing their stories and watching how they've built businesses with heart, grace, and purpose.

But two things kept coming up: how lonely and isolating the journey can feel, and how joy and fun often get lost under the weight of stress.

Those feelings hit home for me. Having owned and operated my own Film/TV/Commercial video production company, I get how easy it is to get caught up in the grind, feel alone, and forget about fun and joy.

After countless conversations with female entrepreneurs — and reflecting on my love for connecting people, celebrating women in business, hosting events, and leading with laughter and joy — my purpose became clear: to build a safe and supportive community where female entrepreneurs can come together to connect, grow, and thrive and have fun every step of the way.
